BACKGROUND
Animal Husbandry is a sub sector that has a strategic role in the economy and development of Indonesian human resources. The strategic role referred to the function of livestock products as protein sources that is important for human growth and development. Current and future demand for livestock products tends to increase day by day. This is due to the increasing understanding of consumption of animal protein from livestock. One potential source of protein is from local livestock. Local livestock will increase the welfare of farmers if developed professionally.
